The role contributes to the shelter's work by connecting guests with housing, medical, behavioral health, and other appropriate supports.

What you'll do

• Assist guests, callers, and visitors in accessing shelter, food, clothing, medical care, housing services, and referrals
• maintain a safe and secure environment
• support housing pathway development and connect guests to resources
• assist with substance use, mental health, and medical referrals
• enter data in HMIS and document reports
• operate and maintain the front desk, phone system, security cameras, screening, and entry requests
• respond to guests, staff, vendors, visitors, volunteers, and hospital community requests.
