What you'll do

• Identify operational challenges and develop scalable solutions
• build, document, and improve workflows
• lead projects through implementation
• support system implementations, vendor integrations, and technology initiatives
• partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, test solutions, and execute changes
• improve processes for onboarding, servicing, reporting, trading support, controls, and data movement
• develop documentation, controls, reporting tools, and operational practices.
