What you'll do

• Coordinate with customer engineering teams to define AI server and rack system architecture, thermal requirements, and power requirements
• manage the new product introduction lifecycle from design and prototype builds through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production
• coordinate Taipei research and development and factory operations to resolve technical issues and execution gaps
• identify technical risks and implement mitigation plans
• support business development engineering discussions, technical proposals, and customer visits to labs or production sites.
