The Shipping and Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Rochester, NH, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. The position supports shipping and receiving activities for NCS Global Services’ Rochester office. The role keeps equipment and inventory moving accurately and efficiently by handling shipments, recording equipment details, testing and processing computer equipment, and supporting warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Receive, unpack, and move IT and other equipment
• ship items domestically and internationally using vendors such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS
• record equipment specifications and condition in the ERP system or spreadsheets
• perform diagnostic testing, disassemble computer equipment, and harvest and test parts
• stock inventory
• safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, balers, and compactors
• follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Why this role
