What you'll do

• Build client relationships and meet sales goals
• capture client information and conduct outreach
• respond to inquiries by email, phone, WhatsApp, and messaging
• process purchases and payments
• prepare client quotes and coordinate bespoke orders or alterations
• offer home consultations and installations
• complete opening and closing procedures, cash handling, returns, exchanges, and reporting
• process shipments, maintain stock areas and visual standards, participate in inventory, and liaise with IT on helpdesk inquiries.
