Direct Support Professional – Day Services

Job overview

The Direct Support Professional – Day Services role is onsite in Missoula, MT. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour and increases to $18.00 per hour after completing a paid medication test. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in The Center’s structured day program at The Arc Western Montana. The position helps participants engage in meaningful activities, community outings, and daily living tasks while promoting independence, confidence, and choice. Accurate documentation and communication with colleagues help maintain a consistent, inclusive program environment.

• Lead and support individuals and small groups in daily activities and creative programming
