Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in South Mountain, AZ, with pay of $19–$20 USD per hour. The position supports leasing and resident services for the apartment community. The role manages the leasing cycle from prospect inquiry through lease execution, renewal support, and resident retention. What you'll do

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease
• conduct tours and demonstrate apartment and community value
• coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention
• maintain traffic, availability, lead, and application records
• support marketing and outreach
• maintain model and tour readiness
• serve residents, prospects, and vendors
• follow up to support occupancy and revenue goals
• use property management software, CRM platforms, and digital leasing systems.
