What you'll do

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and sales-per-hour and KPI targets
• provide product expertise and styling consultations
• open and close the store as a keyholder
• lead sales-floor service and respond to customer escalations
• coordinate handovers and floor coverage
• uphold visual merchandising guidelines
• coach associates
• build and manage a client database
• conduct personalized outreach and styling appointments
• educate customers about the brand’s sustainability mission and products
• communicate product feedback to leadership
• maintain inventory accuracy and loss-prevention standards.
