Lead Client Service Representative

The Lead Client Service Representative role is onsite in Forest, VA. Pay is $13–$17 per hour, commensurate with licensure and experience. Lake Forest Animal Hospital is a small-animal veterinary practice offering general practice, emergency, surgery, and dental services. The lead representative oversees front-desk service and helps coordinate client interactions with clinical teams. In addition to standard client service duties, the role guides and supports the client service team, maintains accurate records and transactions, and helps improve front-desk workflows and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Model client service standards
• resolve escalated client issues
• coordinate patient flow and information sharing with technicians and doctors
• maintain the reception area
• guide and support client service representatives
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring
• collaborate on staff scheduling and coverage
• oversee appointment scheduling, patient record updates, and charge capture
• maintain client communications
• ensure accurate transactions and end-of-day reconciliation
• support inventory, product sales, prescription processing, and hospital initiatives.
