What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing and communications strategy
• partner with executive leadership
• maintain consistent branding while differentiating subsidiaries
• analyze market trends and customer insights
• oversee marketing materials, corporate messaging, public and media relations, website, social media, and digital marketing
• lead community relations, sponsorships, partnerships, and events
• supervise and mentor the Marketing Specialist
• manage budgets and vendors
• and collaborate with underwriting, HR, claims, agency relations, and executive leadership.
