What you'll do

• Develop account plans and identify opportunities with existing and prospective owner customers.
• Gather project information, review facilities and construction plans, determine HVAC system needs, and develop and discuss solutions.
• Coordinate project teams, equipment and controls selection, pricing, proposals, schedules, contract review, negotiations, and transition documents.
• Provide account reports and forecasts, consult on HVAC system solutions, and coordinate with owners and estimators on specifications and proposals.
• The posting states ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
