What you'll do

• Conduct telehealth pre-evaluations for medical-grade services and skin care prescriptions
• consult with patients about CoolSculpt, cosmetic injections, advanced laser services, treatment concerns, and related prescriptions
• maintain organized electronic medical records and HIPAA confidentiality
• make follow-up calls when requested by the General Manager
• maintain knowledge of Elase products and services.
