Traveling Transition Manager

What you'll do

• Develop transition plans, timelines, and operating work plans
• assess sites and coordinate staffing, onboarding, training, equipment, and supplies
• provide hands-on startup leadership
• monitor service, productivity, quality, and contract compliance
• implement the S.M.A.R.T. Inspect quality assurance program
• maintain transition records
• communicate progress and risks
• manage accounts through transition and coordinate handoff to permanent leadership.
