The School-Age Childcare Multi-Site Director works onsite across program locations in Union Springs, Romulus, and Waterloo, NY, with morning hours of 6:30–8:45 a.m. and afternoon hours of 2:30–6:00 p.m. Compensation is $20 per hour. The role supports Healthy Kids Programs’ before- and after-school programs for children and families. The director oversees daily operations across school-based sites, leading staff, maintaining coverage and licensing compliance, supporting enrollment and program quality, and building dependable partnerships with school staff. Regular travel between program sites is required.

What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, schedule, and coach site staff
• maintain staffing coverage and substitute lists
• monitor enrollment and program quality
• support families with registration and questions
• ensure licensing, ratios, records, training, and safety requirements are met
• serve as day-to-day contact for school leadership
• coordinate site logistics and resolve building-level concerns.
