What you'll do

• Perform maintenance tasks that may include painting, light mechanical work, supply transport, carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical tasks, equipment repair, and cleanup
• conduct campus security patrols
• help protect property from theft, fire, and accidents
• report incidents, suspicious activity, and hazards
• assist residents, employees, and visitors
• complete forms and reports
• perform routine housekeeping and inspections.
