What you'll do

• Supervise daily team operations, set priorities, coach employees, and drive accountability
• oversee calculation, reconciliation, and reporting of carrier commissions, agency revenue, and distributions
• investigate discrepancies and validate commission structures
• partner with Finance and Accounting on reporting, reconciliations, and close activities
• improve workflows, controls, systems, and reporting
• collaborate with carriers, franchise partners, and internal departments.
