Residential Restoration Sales Representative (B2C)

What you'll do

• Manage inbound residential restoration calls and convert leads into sold jobs
• explain services and process to homeowners
• follow up on pending leads
• document sold jobs
• coordinate approvals, asbestos testing when required, contents packouts when necessary, paperwork, and scheduling readiness
• resolve homeowner concerns and communicate with supervisors and scheduling personnel
• participate in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
