What you'll do

• Conduct mental health and substance-misuse assessments
• provide individual psychotherapy, group treatment, and relapse-prevention counseling
• determine appropriate levels of care and make placement recommendations using ASAM criteria
• triage patients and refer to community resources
• collaborate with primary care and interdisciplinary teams
• use evidence-based treatment models
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• participate in peer review, audits, quality improvement, training, supervision, and continuing education.
