Christian Middle School Program Staff (6th–8th Grade Coach)

The Christian Middle School Program Staff role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The schedule is 16–20 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Forerunner Mentoring’s program supports young men growing up without a father figure at home through mentoring, programs, and family support. The 6th–8th Grade Coach leads students through daily after-school activities and helps create a safe, engaging program. Through lessons, recreation, homework help, and relationship-building, the role supports students’ personal growth and development.

What you'll do

• Lead a group of students in daily Bible lessons, recreation, homework help, and other activities
• follow safety and behavior-management procedures
• set up and clean up the site
• assist with planning and facilitating special activities and service projects
• support student transportation using program vans if eligible
• encourage and build relationships with students.
