Nurse Manager - Step Down Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN

Experience with role modeling and sustaining patient and family centered care and direct staff as they care for patients and educate families. Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate patient care, maintaining departmental flow and directing the staff assignments as needed. Work with the Director on department staffing; hiring, evaluating, guiding, disciplining, and scheduling of staff. Ac
