What you'll do

• Perform clerical, secretarial, and data-entry duties
• manage documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe
• e-file documents in Florida’s E-Portal System
• maintain attorney calendars
• schedule depositions, meetings, mediations, and hearings
• assist with hearing and trial preparation
• draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas
• send correspondence
• communicate with clients
• arrange court calls or Zoom hearings.
