What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction positions
• partner with hiring managers on requirements
• source and engage candidates and maintain pipelines
• conduct screenings
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• create and post job descriptions
• maintain applicant tracking records
• conduct reference checks and assist with offers
• coordinate candidate travel
• support onboarding, college recruiting, career fairs, and recruiting events.
