What you'll do

• Oversee daily program operations and provide coverage as needed
• collaborate with the Director to improve access, efficiency, and service quality
• communicate program concerns and updates to leadership
• support staff participation in committee meetings
• manage stakeholder feedback and help resolve issues
• communicate chart-audit findings and monitor follow-up
• supervise assigned staff and document sessions in Unbound
• monitor Snowflake reports
• maintain community-partner relationships
• address safety concerns with the Director and Health & Safety team
• attend staff and collaborative meetings
• support compliance with CARF and DMH standards and agency policies.
