Assistant Spa Director

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining employees
• facilitate front desk associate training, including coaching and role-play for membership sales
• manage team schedules
• collaborate with the Spa Director on individual and retreat goals
• support guest service and follow the Massage Heights operating system to build guest loyalty.

Why this role
