What you'll do

• Operate CAT M-Series motor grader for finish blade and fine-grade work.
• Use Trimble GPS to cut and maintain accurate grade.
• Work with foremen, grade checkers, and crews to meet production goals.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Handle basic maintenance and report major issues early.
• Work safely and follow company and OSHA procedures.
• Work overtime when weather or project schedules require it.
