ED Crisis Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Conducts emergency psychiatric assessments. Interprets the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of the patients and gathers collateral information to determine appropriate disposition. Conducts advocacy, referral and discharge planning to meet patient/family needs. Works with patients’ community behavioral health and medical providers to assure coordination of clinical care.
