What you'll do

• Manage payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, and leadership support for assigned clients
• maintain client compliance calendars
• assess HR operations and present findings
• lead open enrollment and performance review cycles
• advise client ownership and support people operations.
