Activity Assistant

Job overview

The Activity Assistant role is onsite in Mayville, WI, with pay of $18 per hour. Avina of Mayville’s activity program provides residents with individual visits and a range of group and community-oriented activities. Working under the Activity Director, the assistant helps organize and deliver a balanced program that supports resident participation and engagement. The role also records participation, helps set individual goals, and coordinates activities with other departments.

What you'll do

• Conduct one-to-one resident visits
• lead small, medium, and large group activities and daily group exercise
• support evening and weekend programs as directed
• record participation and chart progress
• help formulate resident goals with other departments
• orient new residents to activities
• assist with monthly schedules and program evaluation
• prepare materials and supplies.
