What you'll do

• Screen and assess residents on psychotropic medications for clinical appropriateness
• monitor adverse reactions and evaluate potential for drug reductions
• complete MDS documentation and evaluations
• obtain informed consents
• complete care plans for residents on psychotropic medications
• coordinate psychiatric services.
