Warranty Coordinator — SVI Trucks

The Warranty Coordinator — SVI Trucks role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Pay is $26–$29 per hour, depending on experience. SVI Trucks builds custom fire apparatus, including rescue trucks, hazmat units, command vehicles, fire engines, tanker trucks, and law enforcement vehicles. The coordinator manages warranty and customer-service concerns, communicates with customers and dealers, and works with production leaders to determine responsibility and corrective actions. The role also coordinates repairs and vendor claims and collaborates with Quality Control to help ensure products meet established standards.

What you'll do

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal personnel
• coordinate repairs, transportation, and information flow
• create and maintain case files, process repair invoices, and manage payments
• interpret electrical schematics and manufacturing diagrams
• apply knowledge of automotive systems, heavy-duty trucks, plumbing, and manufacturing processes
• develop and document shop-floor SOPs
• collaborate with Quality Control
• interact with and assist production when time permits.
