Line Operator – Anodize / Metal Finishing

The Line Operator – Anodize / Metal Finishing role is onsite in Garland, TX. Compensation is $20.50–$23.25 per hour. The role supports Texas Precision Plating’s processing of aerospace, defense, commercial, and industrial components to customer and AS9100 requirements. The operator processes parts through anodizing, chemical film, passivation, and related finishing lines. Accurate handling, process records, visual checks, and adherence to safety and traceability requirements help ensure finished parts meet specifications.

What you'll do

• Rack, load, and unload parts according to travelers and racking instructions
• operate tanks at posted times, temperatures, and current settings
• record process data
• prevent damage, contamination, and mix-ups
• perform masking and de-masking as required
• conduct visual checks and escalate abnormal conditions
• maintain part identification and traceability
• follow chemical safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements
• support tank additions, cleaning, and line maintenance as directed.
