The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Richwood, KY. Pay is $14.50–$18.80 per hour. Working under the School Director and Lead Teacher, the role supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, including children with IEPs. It contributes to classroom routines, curriculum delivery, positive family relationships, and compliance with safety and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom and welcoming relationships with children and families
• assist with recognizing and responding to individual needs, following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures and document and report incidents
• assist with managing and escalating child behaviors
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development, which may occur outside scheduled work hours.
