What you'll do

• Own assigned propulsion hardware from requirements through procurement, build, test, flight, and deployment
• lead engine performance and integration activities
• lead design reviews, supplier engagements, and hardware procurement
• plan and execute propulsion tests
• analyze ground and flight data
• lead failure investigations and corrective actions
• collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and flight teams
• mentor engineers and technicians.
