What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs
• prepare simple meals and support daily routines
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders and occasional errands
• support safe mobility and fall-risk reduction
• offer companionship and reassurance
• observe and promptly communicate changes in client wellbeing.
