What you'll do
- Provide companionship and social interaction
- assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meals, and feeding when needed
- perform light housekeeping and laundry
- provide medication reminders
- assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- accompany clients to appointments and errands
- observe and report changes in condition
- and maintain documentation and communication with the care team.
