What you'll do

• Complete nutrition assessments and follow-ups with IOP/PHP clients
• develop and support nutrition-related treatment goals and modify plans as needed
• document assessments, meal plans, and meal support
• provide meal and snack support and supervision
• provide nutrition groups as needed
• educate staff and parents on individualized meal plans
• complete EMR documentation
• coordinate with outside providers as needed
• manage weekly meal and snack ordering
• maintain Illinois licensure through continuing education
• collaborate with the treatment team and monitor client progress.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field, two years of eating-disorder experience, experience with children and adolescents, and experience in higher levels of care. A master's degree and Illinois Registered Dietitian license are preferred.
