Senior Deskside Support Technician – Philadelphia

What you'll do

• Provide deskside support for computers, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools
• configure and upgrade workstations and migrate data
• resolve and document service requests
• support audiovisual technology for meetings and hearings
• deliver user training
• assist with Right-to-Know data collection
• document workstation builds and resolutions
• perform transition tasks under project or operations management direction.

Why this role
