The role turns day-to-day maintenance and repair work into practical learning, coaching technicians in multiple trades while helping keep the facility safe, reliable, and well maintained. It develops training materials, supports onboarding, and identifies opportunities for technicians to grow.

What you'll do

• Teach practical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance
• review preventive maintenance, work orders, repairs, and troubleshooting
• coach and mentor technicians in the field
• develop training materials, procedures, and hands-on exercises
• onboard and train new employees
• evaluate skill levels
• demonstrate safe work practices
• assist with facility improvement projects and repairs.
