What you'll do

• Manage sponsorship fulfillment and asset deadlines
• review materials for accuracy and brand compliance
• coordinate graphics, signage, digital placements, and vendor deliverables
• maintain tracking systems and prepare reports
• support exhibitors
• process meeting-room requests and coordinate setups
• distribute weekly updates
• coordinate across internal teams, venues, and vendors
• support on-site event execution as assigned.
