What you'll do

• Direct team members during shift operations
• handle shift-related administrative tasks such as petty cash, deposits, inventories, and reports
• ensure product quality and quantity, equipment operation, sanitation, and restaurant appearance
• assign job positions as needed
• train employees using company tools
• resolve guest complaints
• take closing inventory
• follow security and operating policies.
