What you'll do

• Design and implement a centralized PMO for the PSPE global operating model
• standardize governance tools and executive dashboards
• develop a PMO maturity roadmap
• lead procurement programs and select qualification and value engineering initiatives
• establish governance forums and escalation pathways
• manage portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and capacity visibility
• partner with procurement functions to validate business cases and track benefits
• lead adoption of PMO tools and reporting
• drive change management, training, and onboarding.
