What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision
• collect behavioral data and document progress
• deliver direct one-to-one therapy across home, clinic, or community settings
• use evidence-based techniques including DTT and naturalistic teaching
• communicate with supervising BCBAs
• support treatment goals and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
