The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite leadership role based in Dacula, GA. The position offers an annual salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 and supports the management of a large-scale warehouse facility. This role exists to drive operational excellence and lead high-volume distribution activities. The Director will provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, coach management teams, and implement data-driven improvements to ensure safety, productivity, and exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound and outbound departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers leading 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
