What you'll do

• Assist with daily schedules and lesson plans
• support recruitment and enrollment
• help ensure children’s safety
• use child-development knowledge and appropriate discipline
• maintain confidential information
• communicate with families and encourage parent participation
• assist with conferences, home visits, and kindergarten transitions
• maintain classroom and playground order
• support screenings, assessments, activities, literacy, numeracy, and IEP goals
• maintain attendance and records
• assist with meals and required program documentation
• serve as bus monitor and drive a bus as needed
• report suspected abuse or neglect as required.
