What you'll do

• Address resident service requests as directed by the Service Manager
• document work-order updates and closures
• repair or replace lights, filters, fans, and paint
• perform preventive maintenance
• assist with landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning
• identify hazardous conditions
• prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
• support a customer-service-focused management team.
