Leasing Accountant

What you'll do

• Assist boaters with slip inquiries and leasing opportunities
• prepare and complete slip lease agreements
• explain marina policies, lease terms, and account details
• process customer payments
• respond to billing and service questions
• maintain customer records, contracts, and lease documentation
• use the marina computer system for customer setup, data entry, scheduling launches and retrievals, and reporting
• support administrative tasks and special projects
• protect confidential financial and customer information.
