What you'll do

• Oversee nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and company policies
• support and revise best practices
• develop short- and long-range nursing plans
• ensure interventions address residents’ personal, physical, and cognitive needs
• participate in admission decisions
• oversee safety and maintenance functions
• ensure treatments are administered appropriately and medications and supplies are properly stored and controlled.
