What you'll do

• Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks using scale systems
• record and verify weight data against orders and delivery tickets
• issue weigh tickets, invoices, and receipts
• process payments and balance cash
• communicate with drivers and customers
• provide loading and weighing instructions
• track aggregate inventory
• prepare daily reports
• maintain records
• monitor scale systems and report malfunctions
• follow weights-and-measures regulations and safety procedures
• assist with data entry and filing.
