The Production Operator I works onsite in Solon, OH, for $23 per hour. This role supports fermentation production by preparing and operating reactors, maintaining equipment and production areas, and following procedures that protect product quality and keep production cycles moving.

What you'll do

• Prepare fermentation reactors by loading raw materials, setting parameters, checking equipment, and inoculating cultures
• operate PLC controls to collect data and set process parameters
• prepare samples for quality-control testing
• clean and sterilize production equipment
• maintain warehouse organization
• perform routine equipment maintenance
• use required PPE and follow SOPs.
