The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School and Home-Based role is onsite in Miami Beach, FL, with school and in-home sessions. The schedule is 30 hours per week, mostly during the school day Monday–Friday, with additional after-school home sessions. The RBT supports an adolescent student’s social connections, organization, academic follow-through, self-advocacy, and independence across school and home settings. Under BCBA supervision, the technician implements the individualized treatment plan, collects session data, and works collaboratively with the student, family, and school staff using the organization’s dignity-preserving Empowerment Model.

What you'll do

• Implement the individualized treatment plan under BCBA direction
• support social skills, executive functioning, self-advocacy, after-school routines, and academic follow-through
• reinforce emotional regulation and independence
• collect session data and complete notes
• follow the safety plan
• report changes in mood, behavior, or well-being.
